PROVISIONS
1. We will be providing with the train fares applicable for sleeper class. If someone prefers ac reservation then he or she has to provide us with the extra amount.
2. Bed tea, breakfast, lunch, evening snacks alongwith tea and dinner will be provided by us throughout the tour.
RULES
1. We are not responsible to refund or compensate money for any cancellation due to political insurgency, natural calamity or cancellation of train.
2. We will not be responsible incase of cancellation on your part to join or complete the tour for your personal reason.
3. We cannot guarantee about the seats (lower, middle or middle) in the train. It depends on the Indian Railway Authority Society.
4. Enrollment of children is mandatory.
5. Rates are incusive of food, lodging (twin sharing basis), sight seeing by bus / car.
6. Rooms will be allotted on lottery basis.
7. Tourists are requested to provide with their ID Cards (Voter, Aadhar, Passport) at time of booking and carry their ID Cards during the tour.
8. Tourists should abide by the Tour India’s Rules and Regulations.
9. Tour programme may be changed on the way due to civil law unrest and strike.
10. Tourist has to bear the porter charges.
11. Any medical expenses due to illness or accident should be bear by the tourist.
12. Drinking and smoking in car/bus and during group tours should be avoided.
13. Respect all the members throughout the tours.
14. Ladies and senior citizen should be respect.
15. Tourists should look after their luggage throughout the tour. Any damage, lost or theft will not be borne by Tour India.
16. Children should be look after carefully by the guardians.
17. Extra charges of hotels,food to be borne by the tourists if the tour extended due to natural calamities/strikes/Train late/civil law unrest
18. Short tours are non-refundable and booking will be accepted with full amount.
19. Less than 7 days prior to date of travel 100% of package cost as cancellation charge
20. 7 – 15 days prior to date of travel 75% of package cost as cancellation charge
21. 16 – 30 days prior to date of travel 50% of package cost as cancellation charge
22. More than 30 days full refund of Package cost
23. Children above 5 years will be charged 100%
24. Children below 5 years complimentary (only train fare)
25. Payment should be made by NEFT or by A/C payee cheque
